Thank you for visiting my site!
By reading on, you can find out more about acupuncture, how it works and what it entails. You can also find out more about me and the clinic I work in.
As a Traditional Acupuncturist, my diagnosis and treatment reflects the patient as a whole and is therefore tailor-made for each individual. Stresses and strains of our Western lifestyle can take their toll: this gentle and therapeutic treatment rebalances the body and many people find the effect of acupuncture to be more far reaching than they expected.
To find out what acupuncture can do for you specifically, please don’t hesitate to contact me for a chat. I have also listed some of the postgraduate courses and talks I have attended over the years, showing some of my special interests

CORONA VIRUS UPDATE: My recent update was only posted last week, but in the COVID-19 era a few days seem equivalent to weeks. In light of the recent updates, and taking into account the latest advice, it is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I am closing my practice until the end of April. For now, bookings in May will remain open, but we will have to see what April brings and decide what to do next.
This decision was not taken easily and only happened after talking to many respected colleagues, doctors and by taking in the advice both of NHS Public Health and the BAcC. The determining factors were:
- My family situation means that I am highly likely to be (or even have been) exposed
- The increasing knowledge about the incubation period of the virus
- The fact that over 80% of my patients would probably be considered to fall into one of the more vulnerable groups
All patients already booked in in April, will receive a personal notice. I will leave the May bookings in for now, until the situation is a bit clearer. I am already working with a colleague on a useful advice sheet, which will be posted on my social media and website. And I will keep all informed of the next steps.
This too shall pass
